Terms & Conditions

Quotations are valid for fourteen days.

Acceptance after that time may require our Scope of Work to be re-quoted.

Extra work requested but not covered by this quotation needs to be directed to our offices (installers are not authorised to approve any extra work), as variations may increase the price.

Any faults during or after completion of works need to be specified in writing, with reasonable time to rectify.

All payments are required to be made within seven days of invoice dates.

Kitchens will not leave our factory without payment. Penalties and fees will apply for any non-payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the company reserves the right to require payment as per our contract.

Identity Kitchens will make every effort to start and complete work by the estimated date, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.

If the customer cancels the contract prior to work being commenced, deposits/part-payments will be fully refunded, less any costs already incurred.

Where the customer cancels the contract after production has commenced, Identity Kitchens reserves the right to retain part or all of the customer’s deposit/part-payment as a contribution to cover the company’s expenses and handling charges.

Warranties will be honoured providing all payments have been honoured.

Any deliveries that are outside the arranged delivery date will be subject to additional re scheduling costs.

Identity Kitchens takes no responsibility for any rectification work to be undertaken after the removal of the old cabinetry.

Due care but no responsibility will be taken when removing the old kitchen.

All appliances must be confirmed within 10 days of contract as subsequent changes will adjust cost under a Work Variation.
